Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is marked as delivered but not received:

Multiple Shipments
Orders containing products from different categories such as household essentials, fashion, furniture, and electronics may be shipped separately. Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment.
